WYEAHI, in collaboration with CBDM-US, has successfully implemented a program that provided essential livelihood and empowerment resources to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in seven local government areas profoundly affected by conflict in Nigeria’s North-Eastern States. These areas include Madagali, Michika, Mubi North, Mubi South, Hong, and Gombi in Adamawa State, as well as Askira/Uba in Borno State. This initiative, which spanned from January 2015 to December 2016, focused on delivering crucial support items that facilitate the rebuilding of lives and communities. The program sought to address the immediate needs of the IDPs while promoting long-term economic stability and self-sufficiency, ultimately empowering vulnerable populations affected by displacement and conflict.
